servizio W.U. all'interno dell'esercizio.

Visura protesti nelle province di domicilio e residenza (se diverse)
del titolare e/o soci.
c) Visura
camerale non più vecchia di 30 gg.
d) Estratto
carichi pendenti.
e) FIDEJUSSIONE
BANCARIA a prima richiesta con testo conforme Western Union per ITL
10.000.000/Euro 5.164,6
o,
in subordine
FIDEJUSSIONE
ASSICURATIVA di primaria compagnia con testo conforme Western Union
per ITL 10.000.000/Euro 5.164,6 (in tal caso, preventivamente all'emissione,
dovrà venir comunicato il nome della Società Assicuratrice ed il testo
che la stessa intenderà adottare).
f) Copia
del Titolo di studio del Titolare o del collaboratore delegato.
g) Copia del Certificato d'iscrizione all'Ufficio Italiano Cambi (U.I.C.).

a) Suitable
identity document and residence permit of holder, members and employees
that offer W.U. service inside of the exercise.
b) Visura
protests in the provinces of address and residence (if various) of
the holder and/or members.
c) Camerale
Visura not older than 30 days.
d) Extracted
hanging cargos.
e) BANKING
GUARANTEE before demand with consistent text Western Union for ITL
10.000.000/Euro 5.164,6
or,
in order
INSURANCE
GUARANTEE of primary company with consistent text Western Union for
ITL 10.000.000/Euro 5.164,6 (in such case, preventively to the emission,
you will communicate the name of the Insurance Company and the text
that the same one will mean to adopt).
f) Copy
of the Holder or delegated collaborator "Title of Study".
g) Copy of the Certificate of registration to the Italian Exchange Bureau (U.I.C.).

Resto in attesa di ricevere il testo del contratto di sub-mandato
e allegati che, se da me accettato, sottoscriverò e invierò
per Posta unitamente agli allegati nn.1,4,5a,5b,6,7a,7b, ai certificati
che fornirò a mia cura e spese, agli estremi della polizza assicurativa
ed alla fidejussione bancaria a prima richiesta redatta nel testo di
cui all'allegato 2 da consegnare contestualmente alla firma dell'accordo.
Ovviamente il contratto dovrà essere accettato da Omnia Finanziaria
srl, a suo insindacabile giudizio.

I
wait to receive the text of the sub-mandato contract and enclosures
that, if accepted from me, I will underwrite and send by mail with
the enclosures 1,4,5a,5b,6,7a,7b, the relevant certificates which I
will furnish at my charges copy of the insurance policy and true copy
of the letter of guarantee at first requested issued by a primary bank
(written up in the text to the enclosure no. 2). Obviously the contract
must be accepted from Omnia Finanziaria srl.

Network, on the new commercial initiatives and offers of EMMEDI '91
srl or Commercial Partners. The holder of the treatment is EMMEDI '91
srl, Via Appia Nuova, 165 - 00183 ROME. To the Company will be entitled
all the rights previewed from article no.13 of Law 675/96. The authorization
to the personal data treatment is correlated to the unwinding of the
activity request and therefore, supplying your data express with the
present shipment, your consent to how much over.
